Money Comes First Entertainment presents “Don Quan 4Ever,” highly anticipated posthumous mixtape release from Slain rapper Philly Don Quan.

On Tuesday April 6, 2010 Money Comes First Entertainment released “Don Quan 4Ever”, the highly-anticipated mixtape from slain Philly Rapper Philly Don Quan. Although Quan was not really well known outside of Philly, he was definitely on the rise before being cut down April 18, 2009, by senseless violence. The primary goal of the mixtape release is for Quan’s voice to be heard, not be sad or “preachy” however to simply celebrate his life and his gift. Money Come First Entertainment will also officially launch Philly Don Quan’s website www.phillydonquan.com complete with video footage and photos along with the”Don Quan 4Ever” mixtape which can be downloaded for FREE.

“Don Quan 4Ever” is hosted by Philadelphia’s Power 99 FM DJ Cosmic Kev, one of Quan’s biggest supporters.”I am honored to be a part of releasing this mix tape project “Don Quan 4Ever” celebrating thelife and talents of Don Quan.,” says Cosmic Kev, “He is truly gone too soon.As a Philly native, Quan represented the best of what Philly Hip-Hop has tooffer. By launching this mix tape and website his family hopes the world will get to know what we here in Philly knew, Don Quan was simply on a path to be the best that ever did it! Don Quan forever…Philly stand up!!”

Although short lived, Philly Don Quan touched the lives of all those who came in contact with him. He had an incredible sense of humor, truly dedicated to his music and was serious about life and love for his family In a short period of time, Philly Don Quan worked with the likes of DJ Quik, AMG, Teddy Riley, and Peedi Crack (State Poperty). After developing a working relationship with producer Leon “Pop Trax” Huff Jr., Quan got his foot in the game and began his quest to become one of the best emcees in the game. One of Quan’s biggest fans and supporters was NBA superstar and fellow Philly native, Allen Iverson who Quan admired immensely.

Last night, Saturday April 17th, Money Come First Entertainment celebrated the life and music of Quan. Hosted by Cosmic Kev, the event was be held at Lounge Rain in Philly. Quan may not be here with us in body, but his soul, his laughter, his love and his music will live on forever. With the release of the mixtape “Don Quan 4Ever” and the tribute website www.phillydonquan.com, the world will finally recognize and surely pay homage to one of Hip hop’s fallen soldiers gone too soon..PhillyDon Quan.

Imagine a world where the traditional music boundaries were removed and Hip Hop, House, Techno were all combined into a fusion to create a new fresh original and innovative electronic genre. This is the world of GSS (Galactik Sound System), a Sound System where everything is on the menu as long as it’s electronic with an undeniable urban vibe to it. This is a vibe that looks at the past, respects the present but without a doubt gives us a sound of the future. This is modern day electro with that undeniable urban edge…

‘Game Tight’ is the first song to be released from the forthcoming album. This slice of uplifting electro fused Hip-Hop injects deadly sub-bass, infectious lead-lines, deep bass fused sythn’s and banging drums to create the perfect audio urban sound-scape. Featuring the vocal talents of four very talented Midlands artists, we get the rhyme skills of lyrical legend Malik from the well-respected rap crew Moorish Delta 7, female emcee Kelly Kelz, Birmingham based rapper O.P, as well as the sweet seductive tones of Hip-Hop siren Miss She She.

With an infectious bounce this track is already causing a stir in the urban music industry with support from leading DJ’s and the thumbs up from a string of top tastemakers. Their swagger is crazy, their style unique and their game is tight. GSS have arrived and arrived with bang! Your support is needed to make this track as big as deserves to be. UK stand up!
